Our latex mattress layers are securely wrapped in heavy-duty packaging for a smooth and safe journey. Even in a small car, you should manage at 1 mattress. Need a hand? We can vacuum-pack mattresses on the spot to streamline car loading.
Delivery Guidelines
Inside/Upstairs Delivery : Regrettably, our delivery drivers are unable to bring products inside or upstairs due to safety (OH&S) regulations. For larger or heavier packages, we recommend arranging assistance during delivery to ensure smooth handling.
Apartment Deliveries : If you reside in an apartment building, kindly note that our drivers may face restrictions in delivering items to your front door. It may be necessary for you to meet them at the building's entrance to receive your delivery.

Avoid: Flexible/adjustable slats, Cardboard Bed Bases, or box bed bases, as they may lead to sagging over time.

Strength Requirement : Ensure your bed frame is robust enough to support both the weight of the mattress and your estimated user weight.
Ventilation : Adequate ventilation is essential; hence, a minimum base height of 19 cm is recommended.
Avoid Floor Placement : It's advisable to refrain from placing the mattress directly on the floor to maintain hygiene and airflow.

We've simplified the setup process by offering our mattresses in a straightforward 3 layer system. This means you can add each layer one by one, making the process far more manageable than wrestling with a single bulky spring mattress.
Introducing Our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee
Here's how it works: Our mattress layers aren't glued together, allowing you to unzip the cover and rearrange the layers to find your perfect comfort level. However, it's important to note that you can only make your mattress firmer, not softer. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend selecting a slightly softer mattress if you're unsure.
Give each configuration a fair chance for at least 10 nights. Within 120 nights, if you find that your Soft, Medium or Firm mattress layer isn't quite right, you have the flexibility to swap it with us or return it for a refund. It's all about ensuring you find the perfect fit for your sleep needs.
