Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to Healthy Rest Mattress, purchased directly from our authorized retailers or our website. At Healthy Rest, we stand by the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer this 25-year non-prorated warranty. Healthy Rest warrants the Latex Mattress against defects in material and craftsmanship as detailed below (“Defects”) for a period of 25 years from the date of delivery, provided the mattress is used as intended on a proper bed frame. If your Latex Mattress exhibits a defect covered under this warranty, Healthy Rest’s sole and exclusive liability (and your sole remedy) will be, at Healthy Rest’s option, to provide a replacement Latex Mattress, subject to your compliance with the responsibilities outlined in this warranty. In the event Healthy Rest agrees to replace your mattress, the replacement will be the same model and size as originally purchased. If the original model is discontinued, a mattress of similar construction, size, and style will be used, at Healthy Rest’s discretion. This warranty is subject to change. What This Limited Warranty Covers
Years 1-25: Full Coverage — Non-prorated
For the full 25-year period, Healthy Rest will not charge for repair or replacement of your Latex Mattress if it qualifies under this warranty. This period is non-prorated, meaning there is no charge based on the time you have used the mattress. Proof of purchase is required with all warranty claims.
Your Responsibilities
The warranty starts on the purchase date and applies only when the mattress is used on a structurally supportive bed frame with no more than 9 cm (3.5 inches) between slats, solid slats, and no flexible slats. The mattress must be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and must be unpacked within two weeks of delivery to avoid damage.
Conditions Not Covered
- Normal increase in softness due to use.
- Comfort preferences.
- Damage from improper use, such as spills, stains, or improper storage.
- Use on an unsuitable bed frame or directly on the floor.
- Odors from natural materials.
- Physical abuse or damage, including burns, cuts, and tears.
Who This Limited Warranty Is Extended To
This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the mattress from Healthy Rest or an authorized retailer. It is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Defects Covered Under the Warranty
- Visible indentations of 2.5 cm or more not caused by an improper foundation.
- Physical defects in the latex foam, such as splitting or cracking under normal use.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, including minor imperfections.
- Personal comfort preferences.

Filing a Claim
To file a claim, contact Healthy Rest at with proof of purchase. Provide detailed photos and a description of the defect. If a replacement is needed, Healthy Rest may ask you to donate the defective mattress and provide proof of donation.
Limitation on Liability
Healthy Rest’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the mattress. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Australia.
